7 Best Money Sites for Millennials

Learning about how to handle your money doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact, it can be totally free! Thank you internet! :)

I’ve learned a lot about money on the internet. In fact, I’ve learned a lot more about money from other people on the internet than I did when I was in college for my Accounting & Finance degrees.

There is so much great information out there, but finding it is the problem.

I want to share with you my top 7 favorite money sites. (Besides, Let’s Automate Your Money, of course :), these are my absolute favorite financial sites.

Without further ado, here they are:

1. Napkin Finance

Napkin Finance

Oh man, I love this site. If you’re just starting out with personal finance, Napkin Finance breaks down complicated financial topics into easy to understand sketches.

They took the old concept of sketching out an idea on a napkin to create awesome illustrations that makes personal finance easy to understand and fun!

No matter if you are experienced or a beginner, I think you will love this site!

2. Trading View

On top of all that, they have an amazing free charting tool to help you research your investments and a great community of investors you can follow and learn from.

If you are a new investor or experienced investor, it won’t matter. Trading View is a great site to check out for all things investing!

3. Nerd Wallet

Nerd Wallet

Nerd Wallet is a great site to compare financial products. I’ve used them a lot and highly recommend them when you are looking for a new financial product.

I used them most recently to find a 0% credit card for emergency purposes and also to find a mortgage provider for my current home!

They break down all kinds of products to give you a quick and easy comparison of what you are looking for.

I highly recommend bookmarking them and the next time you need to get a loan, credit card, mortgage, etc, try them out. I think you will really like their site!

Side Hustle Nation is an awesome site to give you actionable advice to start your own side hustle. You’ll also hear tons of side hustle stories to inspire you and give you the knowledge you need to start your own.

Be sure to check out Nick’s blog and subscribe to his podcast. I think you’ll love it.

5. Side Hustle School

Side Hustle School is another great site and podcast featuring inspiring stories about people who have created a successful side hustle and their story of how they did it.

Again, if you want to create your own side hustle I really recommend both of these side hustle sites.

As a bonus, Side Hustle School has an awesome book you can get that takes you through the process of creating your own side hustle, step-by-step. I really enjoyed it. It will be on an upcoming best of money books list post.

Budgets Are Sexy

J. Money has been posting great blog posts since the early days of personal finance blogging without a hitch. He has a laid-back writing style that makes money entertaining and fun to read about.

(His style of writing was definitely a big inspiration for me and my own blog.)

Budgets Are Sexy is filled with great money advice for anyone. One of the best things about the site though is his transparent net worth reports so you can follow along with J. Money on his own financial journey and learn from his moves.

Definitely one of the best blogs out there on personal finance! Check it out.
